We recently had the opportunity to have the most wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, loving, and professional hospice team to assist with our loved ones passing… The Brigham City team was absolutely exceptional and extraordinary! Dr. Scott Nagao, and his team of fabulous nurses, Jody, Sue, Stephanie, and Lisa were absolutely “Angel like” caregivers… They all treated us like family and their love, patience, and commitment to caring for my terminally. ill sister were beyond spectacular… We would like to thank everyone at Acsend hospice and healthcare… The kind people in the office who helped us, the social worker, and the wonderful, loving, and caring nurses aid, Toni, who were absolutely amazing in every way… We are so grateful for all of their outstanding care and love and commitment not only to our sweet sister, but to our entire family… We would recommend this fine company and the awesome caregivers and Dr.Nagao to absolutely everyone! Ascend Home Health and Hospice served our family very well at a time of need in every sense. Comfort care was offered our loved one, on a schedule, as promised. Communication was excellent, as hospice staff informed us of their actions and what we should expect going forward. Our after care appointment with Kathy gave us a step-by-step plan to contact organizations, insurance companies and financial institutions regarding the death notification and handling of accounts. ~ Alan R
